- Tequila’s is the first place I ever had cabbage dip. i am not even sure how to put in to words how good it is. the dip is given out with salsa and chips upon sitting down & it is a combination of shredded cabbage, iceberg lettuce, red onion, japalenos (sometimes pickled), tomatoes (sometimes), lime juice, salt, and something secret. I had the tacos rancheros which were fantastic. there is nothing like a meal of simple ingredients executed perfectly. the tacos are served with a side of rice and beans, and guacamole.
